Chassis' suspension damping system

In terms of the chassis damper, the Company develops chassis dampers based on our existing engine dampers. The Company mainly produces suspension dampers that are widely applicable to oil-fueled autos, hybrid vehicles and electrical vehicles. With the development of the auto industry, the suspension damper is developing from the constant damping direction to variable damping direction to achieve the goal of adapting to multiple road conditions. The Company aims to research and develop high-performance suspension dampers, gradually realizes auto-adaption of damping, electronic control of damping and recycling of damping kinetic energy, starts from the after-sales market and develops towards the supporting OEM based on independent intellectual property rights and proprietary brands. As of the issuing date of this reply, the first generation of high-performance suspension damper researched and developed by the Company has stepped into the road test phase. It is preliminarily applicable to 6 vehicle types, including Jeep, Toyota, Nissan, Great Wall, etc.

In terms of the transmission gear, it is the core part of traditional oil-fueled autos and hybrid vehicles. As for pure electric vehicles, the working scope of the motor is relatively wide, the single-gear fixed gear featured with a relatively simple structure (i.e. single-stage gearbox) can meet the daily use demand of electric vehicles compared with the gearbox, so the mainstream pure electric vehicles mainly adopt the single-stage reduction drive at present.

Liquid die forging, also known as squeeze casting, is an innovative casting process that combines high-pressure casting with low-speed filling theory. It is a metal forming technique that exhibits characteristics of both casting and forging. Liquid die forging products can be categorized into two main types:‌ direct squeeze casting‌ and‌ indirect squeeze casting‌. The direct squeeze process is similar to metal die forging, where pressure is applied directly across the entire surface of the molten metal. In contrast, the indirect squeeze process is akin to die casting, where pressure is indirectly applied to the molten metal through the gating system. The internal quality of indirect squeeze castings is lower than that of direct squeeze castings but superior to that of die castings.
