In 2021, the company was recognized as the Precision Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center for Automotive Engine Wheel Ring Parts in Hebei Province. In 2022, it was recognized as a specialized, refined, unique, and new small and medium-sized enterprise in Hebei Province, a teaching, research, and training innovation base for mechanical engineering systems at Hebei Agricultural University, an A-level research and development institution in Hebei Province, and was selected as a demonstration enterprise for international scientific and technological cooperation in Hebei Province in 2023. The coating line adopts vertical lifting, spray-immersion combination, automatic conveying and automatic transfer, and automatically completes the whole process, with a daily production capacity of more than 40,000 pieces.
The company mainly produces four series of products, including engine shock absorber parts, chassis suspension shock absorber system, gearbox gear parts and other precision parts, with more than 800 kinds of products.
